Introduction to Aikido

runs for 6 weeks

Course Instructors: Bob Thomas (nidan) and Jennifer Miyashiro (shodan).

This 6-week course will introduce you to the powerful martial art of Aikido. You will learn the basic skills of:

• protecting yourself with proper rolling techniques
• executing fundamental aikido throws and pins
• Handling the Jo (wooden staff) and Bokken (wooden sword)

Course fee is $85 which includes a practice gi (aikido uniform).
